Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Wox uses the Apple Account already on your device to sync through iCloud.
My watches aren't showing up on my other device.
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account, and that iCloud is on for Wox in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. The first sync can take a few minutes.
How do I back up my collection?
Wox backs up to iCloud automatically. You can also export a backup file from the Backup & iCloud screen. To restore it, open the file from Files, Mail or AirDrop. Restoring only adds what's missing, and nothing is changed or deleted.
How do I share my collection with a friend?
Open the Collection menu at the top left of the box and choose Share with a Friend, or use the share button on a wish list. Send to a Friend creates a link. Your friend needs Wox, and taps the link to open it. Send as a File works without iCloud. Serial numbers are never sent, and prices only if you turn them on.
A link my friend sent won't open.
Make sure Wox is installed and you're signed in to iCloud, then tap the link again. If it says the share is no longer available, ask your friend to send it again.
Can I keep more than one box?
Yes. Tap the Boxes button to add a box, then swipe across the lid to switch between them. To move a watch to another box, long-press it.
